At MYIPTV SHOW, we take pride in providing high-quality, pre-activated software to our customers. While we do not offer refunds in general, we understand that there may be instances where a customer receives a product that is not working properly. In these rare cases, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement product.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If the software you have received is not working at all, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will require proof of the software not working, such as screenshots or videos of the issue.
- Once we have confirmed the issue, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement product at our discretion.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reason, such as buyer’s remorse or change of mind. We also do not offer refunds for software that has been activated or used in any way.
